Re: Time

Hey Eddie, just post here whenever you send out the turns, that'd be great.

I'm not saying this becuase I want you to be in a rush. It'd just be more convenient in ways. (I check these forums more than I check my mail >.>)

Re: Time

no one wants to get this going more badly then i do but i cant make the turn until everybody sends his files.we are currently waiting for niefelheim. i find it hard to set a time limit since i'm an ocean and about 7 hours away from most of you and i'm really bad with these time tables.

glad you like the map, so do i =)
btw who is the one with 4vp's in his capitol, you lucky %!$@#!

the hosting is pretty easy although it takes a little time to get started as you all know by now =/. it's 3 at night here right now so i'm gonna get some sleep. so good night and NIEFEL get that giant turn done! =)

Re: Time

Well, perhaps this just me be a jerk, but I say let 'em stale! I hold the opinion that if the player can't put in enough effort ask for a delay by sending you an email, or posting in the forum, then letting them stale is just fine and dandy.

Also, I would say that setting deadlines based on what is convenient for you is also just fine, since so long as we have 24hrs to do our turn, we've had our opportunity to get the turns in. I'm sure w/ our globe spanning crews that no matter what deadline you set, it'll be 2am for someone somewhere.

All the above said, if someone requests a postponement in advance, or if there's some unique situation, I'm all for being tolerant and flexible and for you to use your judgement as host.

Re: Time

Eddiewallie I think if you set a time, any time, we all have the same 24 hours to submit our turns, i think that would be fair.

by the way how is the weather in the Netherlands? Its about 6 degreed F here in Chicago. Burrr.

Re: Time

well we are having a crazy winter, it'about 10 celsius here, like 50 f, way too warm for winter but not to bad for me =)

i'm sending the new turn files in a bit so the next deadline would be tomorrow this time. that 3 pm for me. sadly, well for you not for me, i'm going on vacation for a week tomorrow night. but when i'm back we can pick up the pace and speed things up a little.

So, Eddie, you are at GMT +1:00?

If so, then for us in the new world (or more specifically the US) that'll work out to:
9:00 am EST
6:00 am PST
