--- K, nub here, I can't for the life of me figure out the purpose of LA TC's ceremonial master. Is he that good at preventing bad events? Theres no icon so I can't tell.

He is also able to cast Voice of Apsu and has the highest chances of any of your mages to go to A2 for Auspex, so even if he looks strange, he can increase your gem income by a lot.
