Our beloved icecream dagon is too diseased and cursed to stop the inevitable says his spokesman the river naiad, "peace and love will no longer be the priorty of the icecreamland, now death and blizzard will play with the land!"

Hatteliar first act coming to power was to employ global policy of human genocide recently annouced by his new icecream truck Goebbols:

1. All humies found in our land will be frozen into cubes and transported to the concentration caves for later undead uses.

2. All humies found outside of ourland will age and die and frozen for later undead uses.

3. All humies that are still not born have a chance to live by crawling out of mother's womb and crawl into the new invention that our beloved Naiad discovered- The Refridgerator. It will turn yuckie humies into icecream loving Atlantians! Mothers of human kind, think of your children and buy them a refridgerator! It's only now 1g if you hand over your husband! Sold in your local caves.

Hattelair has also announced that all races inside the lands other than humans that cannot breath water be tried for witchery and blasphemy. The trial will comprise of 3 step process:

-First, victim needs to submerge underwater without floating for 1 hour to get to second trial.

-Second, you will wear the slave collar and submerge underwater without floating for 1 hour to get to the third trial.

-Finally, you will be inspected by a professional Angakok and be cast Control of Dead(Thau 5) which recently just discovered to vaccinate witchery for eternity.

We from Arcoscephale the Peaceful Land, nevertheless notice that your words and the rituals you have just cast are an evidence of universal evilness and a straight Declaration of War upon all the earth (hence civilized) nations of this World.

I guess most of them will hear the threat and act accordingly. May the Three Thousand Incontinent Cats forever cast their Stinky Rain upon the heads of those who will not join the Crusade.

Also, I want to point some erroneous statement in your declaration :
No NAP has been signed between our nations. Arcoscephale went at war against Gath to help you, our warriors saved your people from a fast and bloody extermination, but no formal and quantified treaty has ever been signed.

Moreover, despite the provided help, despite the price paid by the people of Arcoscephale, while we were struggling against the last hordes of Gath, the Greedy Shrimps occupied some of our former lands and refused to give them back to us.

We saw that our help, our sacrifices were not rewarded in return.

We cried and mourned and moaned for our Lost lands.

We drunk a whole bunch of Holy Whisky Barrels along with our priestresses but no way, the offense was too rude.

Unfortunately, as you mostly live under the seas, the Three Thousand Inc. Cats are almost useless to blame such a piracy. The war was then the only solution.

1. 1 wasteland province with 10g income 40 resource is all that you lost to me, it was taken to stage an attack to relieve your capital from Gath if your forces are not enough.

2. It was only after Arco attacked me that I casted Burden of time.

3. It was after the turn Arco attacked me did he declare war on here.
