I would further invite Vanheim to the cleansing of the humans of Ulm, whose scheming ways are an affront to our nobler elder races. We note that you may rather expand at this point, and am prepared to offer you either NAP 3 or 5 of your choice with the addendum to guarantee leaving Jantal(101) to your people. You will find this a concrete and sincere demonstration of our intentions.

We congratulate you on obtaining a strategic foothold into the wasteland, home of the giants, and hope you find its poor soil and lack of water to your liking. Life in the wasteland is a harsh existence as I am certain you'll find.

Meanwhile, be aware that conquest into the 2 remaining waste province you see is imminent.

The M.E.F. (Markata Expeditionary Force) has no desire to exploit recent gains in the Eastern coastal wastes as it is needed to conquer other wastes.
