<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">well, the pic of the Grot (space goblin) has not fared well in the shrinking process. and when I crop just his face, it's almost unrecognizable.

So yeah, I don't think your Grot pic will work out.

I have been gathering a bunch of 'goblin' pics and will make some new avatars, maybe one of them might fit the bill. In the mean time if you find another pic you'd like me to try, share the link and I'll try again.

David, you probably know this but your Avatars also make great Icons for shortcuts.
I use the one you made for me for my PIM.
