Looking for source pic in UI section
 

I am looking for the source of the black bar I have outlined in white here. This is the same black bar that has the construction (and so forth) icon(s) placed on it. I tried looking in the UI section where I am sure it must be but can't tell for certain which bar belongs to it. Does anyone else know?

Congrats man, in the Army you have to buy a case for every grade, you owe a lot of cases now!!! I don't see a star though. Brigadier General is one star by the way. Be My Little General is the way I was taught to keep track of it.

Be = Brigadier General with 1 star.
My = Major General with two stars.
Little = Lieutenant General with three stars.
General = General with four stars.

Those icons are actually in the effects folder.

Edited: Thank you SJ that is just what I am looking for, and why I couldn't find them. I want to modify that black background so it is transparent if at all possible.
