Hehe, we should gather all explanations why the manual has gone / vanished / stolen / eaten or whater.
Give it half a year and you have a funny collection, heheh :-p

Rolling over the option of the fortress will tell you administration, etc. Without the manual (and I'm not aware of anyone doing a spreadsheet), you'll have to write the information down and keep track of it that way.
