OT: High-level spam...

...Being sent to a mentally ill person on disability, who not only is definitely not qualified, but he never applied for any such position anywhere. Failure point. (Yes, I'm bored) |
Re: OT: High-level spam...
Heh, a gmail "corporate" email address... what a company, too cheap to get a domain name http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...ies/tongue.gif I wonder if Google even allows gmail to be used for commercial purposes...
Narf, you're on disability? I didn't realize you were THAT mentally ill... or is it something else? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif ... credit score no less than 650? What, are you going to be using your personal bank account to be transferring funds from Nigeria to Osama bin Laden or something? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif |
Re: OT: High-level spam...
"- Ability to state clearly" Hahahahaha! Fell down there.
No phone number for the Human Resources Department? How are you supposed to call them by 6-00 P.M. EST hours? Hahaha! If you are that bored Narf, what you need to love is... Spamusement! Poorly-drawn cartoons inspired by actual spam subject lines! |

@Ed: Don't worry...The pills make it allll better. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif But seriously, I'm dealing.
I missed that it was a gmail address. Heh. I've looked at Spamusement before. It's funny for a while, but the viagra jokes/spam get(s) annoying even second-hand. |
Re: OT: High-level spam...
for the record I too have a mental illness and am on a disability pension (my mother thinks everyone here is probably like me and Narf and has nothing better to do http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif)
yes, I too get spam like that "Please kind sir, I have cancer and neeed help. Donations welcome" oh that's nice, I think, an appeal to my sense of pity. How unfortunate I don't have one. That and I don't trust anything from Africa. It will be a bad day when someone from Africa has a genuine reason to contact me, I can't imagine why, and I ignore it as soon as I see their name is Jospeh Mbutu or it's from Nigeria. Edit: Don't get the idea I'm heartless. I'll help disabled people through the door if I'm walking past. It's just when I see stuff on TV going on about some sick person and how they need an operation I am unable to see why it should concern me. Thus an appeal designed to make me feel sorry for someone and offer help is doomed to fail. |
Re: OT: High-level spam...
There's guilt and then there's guilt-trips. I don't appreciate people trying to trip me. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

"There is no innocence...only varying degrees of guilt."

Re: OT: High-level spam...
...Usually that phrase is used to justify hating people for not living up to unrealistic expectations.

Re: OT: High-level spam...
the first hint that it was spam would have been hrdep.mcneil@gmail.com
