Anybody see Michael Douglas in "Falling Down"?

I am a pretty passive person. I do like to argue sometimes and have been known to get angry occasionally, but I would never hurt a person. I support the death penalty for certain heinous crimes, but I don't believe in indiscriminant vigilantism. However, I have about had it up to here with spam.

If someone wanted to make a movie about an ordinary guy who snaps and goes on a killing spree hunting down, maiming, torturing and murdering people who do spam for a living in all sorts of terrible painful ways, I would go several times and enjoy it thouroughly.

It actually might be kind of cathartic and prevent me from doing something like this in reality. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Many people on these Boards could use some; however, most aren't dangerous (unless you try to take away their copy of SEIV, or have a Beta copy of Starfury and won't let them play it).

I sense some hostility.... but I agree.

"Falling Down" is one of the best movies ever. On an marginally related note, have you noticed how much it follows an RPG or Survival Horror formula.</font>

• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">The player character is clearly separated and alienated</font>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">He has a clear goal toward which he works</font>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">He receives weapons, and gear, of escalating power from opponents of escalating threat</font>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">He regularly repeats a simple action (to save game, call wife)</font>
• <font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Nice closing plot twist</font>

Falling down was an excellent movie.

yes, Falling Down is a classic.
Can never work out why it is on the $9.99 list most of the time at Best Buy etc.
