What\'s wrong with these Boards?
 

Sorry that this is off-topic, but I couldn't find a proper place to ask this.

Is there something wrong with these Boards? I've been lurking around here for a couple days now and ever thread I've read has the newest post at the top of the thread and the oldest at the bottem. Like the "Important SEIV Information & stuff" thread; the first post for me is the Last post on page 2. It's very confusing. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/confused.gif

That's how this BBS runs it - most recent threads at the top of the list, most recent Posts at the top of each thread. You just get used to it.

There is nothing "wrong" with them, it just just a different style. You can use the Printer Friendly links at the bottom of threads if you want to read everything in "old to new" order. But, "new to old" makes it so the new Posts are always at the front, so you don't have to waste time scrolling past old ones you have already read.

I like the new "INTEL FORUMS" title at the top of the page. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif I felt uneasy at work with the bullet logo on my computer and coworkers looking at my screen. They must of thought I really liked guns or something.

I don't miss the old logo a bit, the new "Intel Forum" might be boring but is a lot easier to explain at work!!

Glad I don't have to explain it at my work. The only coworker who can see it from where he sits is a 40+ 'country boy' who speaks fondly of firearms, his skill with them, and his uses for them.

If any of my other coworkers were to see the bullet, I wager they still would feel they have more to worry about from the three or four folk raised in more rural environments.
