The good news is I’m alive. I owe this to Robyn, (my love), family, friends and a lot of hard working nurses and doctors.. What happened? In short I became ill and unable to function. I am now strong enough to return to work in a limited capacity. Current Condition: Weak but determined. Unable to play Star Empires Future: I will slowly get stronger. ahh, the Gryphin Position has been the nucleous of numerous and exciting replicatious discussions for well over a year here within the confines of this here forum. As the Gryphin is the originator of this most explicit and exciting manisfistation and that of the "Circle the Wagons", it is only fair that he reveals the contents of this question. However, don't be surprised if he again decides to keep this unique phenomenen once again to himself and to continue letting those of us contemplate its fruiterous wonders among the universe. The research alone into this subject is well worth its contemplation

Thank you all for your kind words. Over all life is very very good. My relationship with Pooh Star is as good as it ever was. All I can say is the Goddess gave me a world class woman. I thank her and the Goddess everyday. I am doing ok. I am not the same as I was. I'm not sure what it is but I just can't keep up. I'll be in and out of here more but not nearly as much in the past. Currently I play Empire Deluxe Internet Edition. http://www.killerbeesoftware.com/ http://www.windingstream.com/ed/empiredeluxe.htm I can finish a game in a few days and I never forget any of the rules / options / features... I strongly recomend this game to 4X gamers who want a break from the rigors of SEIV. I would love love love to see what the graphic skills of Gervis or Atrocities or the rest of you great ones could do with the simple unit sets. I'll be happy to send you a sample if you like. Imperator - I wish, I only wish. but then my life is good so .. I'll work on making evil anti human maps for the game I play now. Second Edit: Figure out how to create a "Wasp Waste" map. Such that the oposing sides have to go through Natureal "Kill Zones" and "Choak Points" to get to each other. Sides would then have to do the old Sun Zu thing with My worst against his best My 2nd best against his worst My best against his 2hd best Thus winning 2 out of 3 The problem here of course becomes that both sides are trying the same thing so in theory you should get a stale mate. As for making my own maps? If I'm going to spend 2 to 8 hours creating something I want to play across it. I can't do that with SEIV. Turns take too long and I can't save.
