Gandalph iiss baaack, did ya miss me?
 

As some of you know, I have been planning a move back to California. Well, that move is Friday the 21st (next week). I will be signing off on Wed. the 19th and hope to be Online again just after Thanksgiving, as long as I don't have the same DSL install problems currently plagueing PBW. As long as PBW remains down, only Survivor and STFF2, and links to anything I host, will be affected. If the game admins cannot wait, is anybody out there willing to take over temporary control of my empires?

Send CNC an email telling him your moving. I am sure he has no problem waiting for your return to the game before continuing it.

The SSFF2 game is by far one of the best games I have been in ever, and I would hate to sse you drop out or your empire given to someone else.

Well, my wife did not get the phone line installed right away and the DSL could not be scheduled until the phone line was hot (or so I was told). My DSL should be active on Thur., Dec. 4th. I look forward to "seeing" you all then.

PS - I hope my absence is not disrupting too many games.

Blame it on the wife, kids, and dog, never ever admit fault. That is rule #1 in the mans book of Survival of the Ego (? name). http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif (I wish I had that book still, was chalked fulled of very funny things.)

I am back Online with a minimal hassle. Now that the important stuff is done, I guess I'll find work and unpack boxes.
