OT-Way OT, Michael Jackson in prison?

I'm not saying he's guilty but if he finds himself in prison, would it be a normal hard prison? Would he lose the priviledge of skin whitening injections? How about that Hyperbaric chamber he sleeps in (like SG-1). Will he morph back into a normal person or degrade into Skeletor?

I doubt there's any truth to the allegations. This is just another person out to make money at the expense of someone else.

This is just more proof that parents don't want to take the blame or burden of raising their kids properly.

"I didn't screw my kid up! Michael Jackson/Grand Theft Auto/Beavis & Butthead screwed them up!! Where's my lawyer!!!"

People should have to get a license to be a parent. Failure to get a license would be met with immediate servitude into the Military to 'shape them up'.

That, or shoot them with a Magnum .357 right between the eyes.

Darn, I saw your subject line and was hoping they had finally nailed him for child endangerment, child abuse, child assault, or some variation thereon.

No, I'm sure he would get snet to a Club Fed or be in some sort of protective custody, not in general inmate population - and probably not required to make any license plates or do any other chores, either.

So, has he been charged with something recently, or not? I don't watch TV - guess I could google it, but easier to just ask you.

Oh well, cnn.com has the story headlined. Looks like he is already out on bail.

Just because the parents may be guilty of neglect themselves does not erase the guilt of the actual molester, if he is in fact guilty. But perhaps they ought to be charged, too.

Re: OT-Way OT, Michael Jackson in prison?

Oh yeah, he's been charged with child molestation regarding a 12 year old boy. Officially it's called sexual misconduct with a child under 14. They raided his ranch yesterday and today put a time limit to turn himself in. He did and they took him into booking with handcuffs on. He immediately posted 3million bail.
There is a new law that says the D.A. can take the monetary damages out of a civil suite so "victims" can't settle out of court during related criminal investigation. In other words; the accuser can't pay you off not to testify.

The guy wouldn't Last a week in a normal jail. He'd either be '*****ed' to death by other inmates, kill himself or simply crumble away into dust.

If they find him guilty of anything, therefore, they'll either find some really cushy celebrity prison for him, or put him in a psych hospital or just let him go free because, you know, he's famous. Maybe they'll re-invent house arrest and confine him to that creepy playground ranch he has.

I don't know how California's law system works for celebrities, but I know that in Florida, we had Darryl Strawberry in prison 3 or 4 times. And he went to a regular prison. Club Fed prisons are exactly that. Federal Prisons, NOT state prisons. I don't think there is such a thing as a Club Fed for state prisons, although there maybe a low-risk prison he may be sent to. All I know, is that he better have a cast-iron chastity belt on when he gets there, and he had better never drop his soap.

I dunno, if Wacko drops his soap in front of some 19 stone 6 foot 5 redneck who says "your MY puppy now boy", how would you tell the difference of Wacko's reaction from his normal singing style

He would still be going "Ooohh" in a high pitched pansy voice http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

Might cure him from his(alledged) paedophile tendencies!

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Yeah, he wouldn't be able to take life in a real prison. Supervision with one of those 'ankle-bracelet' things seems a likely option. But they will also probably put him under court order to stay away from children.

The thing is, from what is leaking out about the case, it's very likely to be bogus just like they are saying. Have you heard some of the details yet? He was playing 'celebrity philanthropist' and helping this kid and his family financially. The kid's mother got a bit too demanding and MJ decided to drop them rather than put up with the hassles, so she ran to a lawyer and the rumbles about child molestation started shortly afterwards. Granted, this is his side of the story but it sounds like they've got some good documentation.

People are getting propogandized with this sordid television junk and think it represents what American is really like. And other people are getting annoyed by the television watchers and also think this is what America is really like. Imagine an Arab meeting Arab youth dressing and acting the 'grunge' style (which is the real word for the 'white trash' style talked about in this article) they have seen on television.

Let's face it, sharing a bed with young boys you are not related to is just a bit strange, and of course, by his own denial, Mr Jackson has not had major pLastic surgery and skin pigmentation treatment.

My arse he hasn't.

A woman was relaxing on the beach.
She looked up and saw Michael Jason.
She rose quickly and said to him,
"Excuse me, but your in my s*n."
