Anyone know where I can catch the old episodes on TV? Or should I just look to rent them?

I know it was the name of a planet in the BSG mini-series. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

I also know that that is has to do with an acient place like HELL or something.

I thought this was announced around the end of 2003? Oh well, still good news.

Speaking of the BSG mini-series, does anyone know when or if a new series is coming out anytime soon? I liked it, even though I grew up watching the original show, and like that one also. I hated the mini ending on a cliff-hanger, or more like a surprise ending.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Remember, this is sci-fi. In actuality they did NOT kill John Crichton & Aeryn Sun - they were "Disintegrated" and they were to be "Reintegrated" near the start of the fifth season (which was cancelled, of course).

The explanation is close enough. He got the gods correct, but of course it wasn't specific enough for you. Besides, the Titans and the Jotuns are the same thing, just named differently by the cultures involved. Soem believe the Titans are even mentioned in the bible, referred to as the Sons of Elohim.

No, the Titans and Jotuns are not the same thing at all. The Titans were gods, the Jotuns were just giants.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Ok, thanks. If I really had the time, I guess I could research this myself. Someone mentioned in a post a few weeks or months ago that there would be a series, but that's all I've heard about it. Nothing from any official channels. I'll keep my fingers crossed. I really want to see what they do with it.

Well, I was reading in the back of my tv guide that came with the Sunday paper that there is going to a Farscape mini-series to wrap up everything. Also, there is a 13 episode commitment for Battlestar Galactica. Also, they said that there is going to be a Ring World mini-series on Sci-Fi Channel. Unfortunately, no dates were mentioned in this article. Can't wait to see them, though.

Ringworld. Let's just say that what their doing is the same as remaking the first Star Trek series except, oh, we're not having Kirk, you can forget about the klingons and whoops, there go the romulons.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Thanks for the info. Like I've said, I haven't read those books yet. Speaking of adaptations, how was the Sci-Fi Channel Version of the Philip Jose Farmer book? Riverworld, wasn't it? I'm still trying to get all of those books to read, so I wouldn't know the differences. Plus, I never got the chance to watch the whole thing.
