DOA as a MOD or a PBW game?

HIGHLANDER MOD has awesome potential and is a lot of fun to play; although, it is not completed to my knowledge and when it is - it will be a very fine MOD.

I now have control of this game and I am waiting on one person to reply to my latest news bit. I, for one, feel I have too much time invested in my build up to let this game die.
