New to Dominions 2, interested in a "newbie" level game. Don't need to play a bunch of folks trying to prove themselves the better player, just want a friendly game, nothing hard core.

Does not need to be a fast-paced game. I'm in the military and work some pretty odd shifts, so cannot guarantee lightning fast emails, but should be able to submit a few times a day at a minimum.

I'm up for a pbem game. I'm very new to the game and quite terrible at it but so it'll be a race of who can find me first and beat me and claim my rescources for themselves...*chuckles*

Hello,
You are new to Dominions2, and you like it? You can't find games to play in?
Then this PBEM is for you. NO experience required!
I think 5-6 players would be gr8, the more the better.
The map will be decided with VOTING. (Every player has 1 vote.)
And this is not about being the best, or something like this... It's about having fun, and getting new friends!
I'm from Transylvania. This means GMT+002. I would be very happy if we could a turn every day. Or in the WORST case every two days.
Let's talk about this... Ok?

I would like to play in some newbie game. I own the full game, have read the manual, and understand most of what's going on, but I am by no means a skillfull opponent.

DarkTears, has your game begun? Can I join?

I should be able to join one. But using a server is nicer than the email. Can we try Mose Hansen's? Any experience on how well his server work?

Greetings,

I too have been playing this game solo, with a few hotseat games inbetween when friends stayed over. I most certainly would be interested in a Multiplayer PBEM game, and can reply with turn commands every 24hrs without a problem.

I am in the Eastern time zone, and do not have to play a certain kingdom preference ... as I pretty much enjoy playing any of the 17 choices. So I'm flexible.

I had the impression that some moderator was gathering email addresses of interested players, but I haven't heard anything since I posted myself a few days ago. Several people have spoken up since then - is it up to us players to get something started?

I would much rather play by email than Online. I'm still new to Dominions, but I will be happy to run an email game.

Who wants to play an email game run by a newbie? I'll start with a small game on a small map - let's say five players. I have no strong opinions about settings, etc. - please tell me what map, options, etc. you prefer when you sign up. First come first served on nation choice.

Hmmm, been awhile since anyone has posted here...

I'd like to be involved in a PBEM Dom 2 game, either as a participant or host/participant. I need a slower pace (i.e. might be able to do 1 turn/24h but realistically might be 1 turn/48h (baby on the way soon...).

I'm also more enthusiastic about the game than talented.

Appealing huh? Slow game with mediocre opponent? :-)
