Keeping with prior form Marignon http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif . If I have any disappointment with Dom II, it is that to the best of knowledge, Marignon did not get any new pretenders. I have never been a big fan of the Baphomet pretender.

My first will be Pangaea. Im eager to see what they have done there. Then I will play Man.

Then I will go searching thru all of them to see where my favorite pretender the "Lord of Night" went to.

I've faced a pretty numerous and strong native Pangaea army from default theme, and they look great.

I think I'll finish the demo games I started first. Some of them just started to get exciting. If not, I'll probably play Tien Chi or R'lyeh. I'm interested in all the celestial/void summons that you can get.

BTW, Baphomet has now permanent Fire Shield, causing 24 AP fire damage... (from All-units save game, VERY interesting read)

Honestly - with just 7 nations in the demo, I haven't even tried them all; I've mostly spent time with Arcoscephale, Jotunheim and Ulm, almost always with big Bless effects and small cadres of elite, blessed troops leading the attacks. When I suddenly have 17 different nations to choose from, plus no turn limit and no research limit, I'll just die...

I think I'll finish the Ulm and Arco games I started in the demo, and then maybe do something I haven't tried yet, like Ermor. Or, try the one I lost my first Doms game with: Man.

I have something like 20 games from the demo that wants to be finished. When they are done? Probably one of the non-playable races from the demo.
