New MP Game
 

After gathering lots of experience against the AI, I would like to wage war upon some real god pretenders.

I have no problems with pbem, also I prefer to have a host and a turn schedule like hosting every one o clock in the morning.

Just trying to clarify....
Usually when someone starts a thread like this they are offering to be the "GameMaster" and the hosting machine. Is this what you had in mind? COllecting the turns on your machine and processing them then mailing out the results?
(PBEM)
Or leaving the host running all the time with an IP and Port number (tcp/ip)

Or were you planning on someone else doing it?

Ah, I almost forgot, we will use patch Versions

Whether its PBM or using a host is something open for discussion, I personally prefer playing with a host.

We will discuss these things after more players have shown their interest

I'd like to play as well. Machaka, Jotun, Arco is preference order but whatever is available.

I'd like to try atlantis someday...if there's going to a full water game... Are Atlantis and Ryleh the only water nations? seems like 3 would create more variety/uncertainty...

...is the new Marignon theme quasi aquatic?

If I am going to master this then we will play pbem, as I dont have a server with a constant IP.

Anyway, looks we are enough to play. Just give me some time to work out who plays what race (Sorry, I'm busy right now... working)

As said before, if you think you can do it better/swifter than me, feel free to master this game.

Anyway, lets get started

Follow the steps in the manual and create your pretender gods. Send them to

pretendergod@yahoo.de

Please add your own E-mail adress, your forum name and the map you would like to play. Map with most votes is hosted.

The game will start saturday evening. Please submit until then, or the game will start without you.

I as soon as possible.
However, I wont wait more than three days after sending the new turn before I host again, except there is some very good reason.

Let the games begin!

Depends how many players we have.

I think since it is PBEM graeme and zap were going to drop. Not sure how many that leaves us with.

I would vote for Orania or Inland myself.
