<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Thanks for the link. This is the most-balanced and thorough review I have seen to date. The reviewer is very competent at his task, and very fair. What I like most is he simply stated what he did and did not like about the game (there wasn't much he didn't like, and I agree with his dislikes), and did not give arbitrary scores in an attempt to compare the game to others. The review is about the game solely on its own merits, and not a comparison as so many other so-called reviewers (mainly clueless console gamers) have been posting on other Online sites.

Illwinter is not set up in a way that allows it to release stocks, and their is little or no benefit in switching corporate form.

Thanks to their holiday gift guide, back during the holidays, i stumbled upon Dominions 2 http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/shock.gif . Who would have thought there is more to life than Panzers and Pincer movements http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif .

'suppose you could mod in a JagdTiger (prot-35+ at least on superstructure, and the ludicrous 128mm/L55 would probably do well against, say, Black Templars http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif ) but you'd still get nailed by the armor-negating attacks.

Since then going back to the page doesn't even generate the ad...

You could probably just outwait it if you wanted.

In the bottom right there is a little icon that says "Wargamer" on a little globe. Click that and it will bypass the ad.

I had first refused to accept their cookies, and my browser is set to permanently refuse them after that, by default.

This loser site is apparently unable to load unless you enable cookies - just to bypass their add. Even clicking on the little "wargamer" globe wouldn't work.

The wargamer is a pretty good and well respected web site.
(However, they didn't use to open with advertisements. Annoying.)

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Don't be too harsh with them, as everyone they need money ... They make a great support to the wargaming community, and IIRC they nearly closed some time ago due to lack of bucks. Now they've been "taken over" by Matrix, that put some ads.
Nothing very intrusive, and the cookies are harmless.

I didn't even get a cookie notice with that link... it loaded the ad fine, but nothing else. Clicking on the little wargamer link just took me right back to the ad. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/rolleyes.gif
