What about a new Abysyan theme about Demonbreds?

As there're a theme with Humanbreds already.
Other Nations have themes about their "ancient" lords, like the Thuathas and such ...

Why not making an Abysyan theme about the ancient demonbred, if fact the hero Cutzrael says once there were more demonbred trained too in warfare ...

So on what about a Demonbred-Abysya without the newly born humanbred theme?

For the next patches?

Something more demoniac I hope.
(I know there's a similar mod ... it could be something like it but official)

Demonbred-Abysia would be one more "in the future" mod. Chuzrael was one of the earliest Demonbreds trained, is still alive at base Abysia theme, and it says that the earlier Demonbreds were trained as assasins, not that they were more numerous. Their numbers dropped quickly, and Chuzrael is siad to be the Last Demonbred alive with assasin's training.

Well, as Humanbred theme change the shape of Abysya, like Thuthas of Man and so on, in this Theme Demonbred could be numberous and not slain so much ^^

Demonbreds are fun, but what I want to see is something inspired from the old 2.08 Utgard bug: Abysia, Blood of Giants, with Giantbred that are immune to both heat and cold. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

What about nations that don't have any themes getting one before Abysia gets another?

Mictlan, Machaka, Atlantis, and R'lyeh all have no nation specific themes.

On top of that, Machaka doesn't even have a nation specific Pretender. Seems like it could at least have a Spider Pretender, going along with the flavor message on the black sorcerors and sorceresses.

Not sure though ...

Question to Cohen.

You've been around long enough now to know that everyone including the devs (who defined the game's terms) spell your favourite nation A-B-Y-S-I-A.

How come you don't?

Zapmeister, sorry to tell you, but I always talk in game balance, not in my favourite nation advantage.

An example could the the post about the Holy Pyre that should damage Demons too bypassing fire-res...
Isn't this anti-Abysya ... ?

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">I second both motions and further Third them by requesting 2! themes for each underwater nation. How can a nation as utterly cool as the illithids have no theme? HOW!?

And Cohen, no offense but if you always talk about game balance then how can you complain about nations with no themes getting a few before Abysia gets another. Abysia is already doing well in the power and theme department. All that aside i think a demonbred theme WOULD be cool, especially since unless i am forgetting someone obvious Caelum is the only flying intensive nation out there right now.

I would especially enjoy seeing something done to give Atlantis more interesting opportunities, since nobody plays one. An atlantis risen theme, with confusion abilities and Awe commanders.

The question was, why do you continue to mis-spell "Abysia" ?
