Those are really nice but the top down view seems a bit too light compared to the other view...good work!

I do like them, especially the 'wing' design. Though maybe you should vary the 'wing' shape/size a little more between the ships, for some reason it makes them look to similar to each other (well when there are three of 'em http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif) even with the 'connector' & 'bridge' changes. Possibly later size differences would clear that up though?

I've always liked that kind of design! Kind of a "pincer" shape.

I would agree with the other comment about changing the wing shape some...perhaps every 3rd change in size (not that I'm any kind of authority on such things).

But, as a general comment, I think they look good!

Yeah, I like them. Only complaint is that funny yellow thing. It seems to serve no purpose and doesn't fit into the rest.

Thank you all for taking the time to comment. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif I agree that the wings should be varied. The design was inspired by the Tigerclaw from the Wing Commander movie.

The parts do not exist in DOGA as parts, I had to make them out of other parts. I can send you the DOGA file if your curios how I did it. You can do what I do, and export parts of the ship as parts. However the color remains the same. I think you can run it through the part converter, but I have never used that tool.

That portion of the ship reminds me of US battleships/cuisers/any sea going vessal with their bridges...

They made me think of Cylons too. Which is NOT a Bad Thing, I might add.

Love 'em, personally. Definitely a set worth finishing!
