Very nice! Looks really fast and sleek, and dangerous! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Now that's just about the perfect level of luminosity. Seems real, yet almost not real. Very nice.

Very nice indeed. I especially like the glowing engine-thingys. Looks nice and sinister...

Beautiful! The dark red (burgundy?) is a perfect color, and I don't think I've seen it on other shipsets. Very nice...and as Narf would say, Shiney!! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Re: A Pretty Ship

Thanks all. I will play around with this set as I make one or two machine races. CRAP, if I do what I plan on doing, I will have made about 10 or 11 sets this year. And five of the sets you have only gotten glimps of. The Sixth is done, done for a member of the forum, but not yet released, and then there was one of my favorite sets, the Remorhaz Society.

I guess we all have our addictions. Now if only I could port them to SE V format. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif Regrettably I don't think that is going to happen. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif

Start practising on the SEV format Atrocities, we are all depending on you http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Probably, someone else will find a way to do it. Just don't hesitate to share you models in a future.

Doga models have far too many polygons to be useable as in-game rendered models. It requires a lot of work and reductions to convert them to a better format, so much so that it would probably be better to just start over in a different program that is designed to make models useable in games...

Trying to. When we were chatting I was working on updating the Romulan ships for STM. Man I hate redoing things because I messed them up or did not do them properly to begin with.

That's called the good old "practice makes perfect" syndrome. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

I like to think that I'm always getting better one pixel at a time. LOL

Cheers! http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
