Race Romulans. Game is very early and Role Playing has been very good between all the empires...

Settings

NYONE CAN JOIN STILL THEY CAN PICK A MINOR STARTREK RACE or GORN.

THe races that are taken are

1. 8472
2. Hirogen
3. Breen
4. Borg
5. Cardassian
6. Dominion
7. Federation STNG
8. Ferengi
9. Klingon
10. Romulan
11. Andorian

Join up..

This will be a game set on 60 hours Auto. And will not be turned off....

Settings. 1 Plant Start. Everything on. Except events will be turned off.

But to make this game fun. We all sign up and then our empire is drawn out of a hat. Who we play. I will be in. ( Damn me for not keeping to my commitments of cutting down PBW. Oh well sucker I guess )

I am looking for enough players to play the major races...

And those who would like to play as a back up for people on vacation etc....

Also. When you sign up. Your in it for the long run. Even when your empire is dead. You will shift over to the back up pool.

This game will be heavy RP.

The game will start as soon as AT releases the final version of the Star Trek Mod.

I would like to see a nice combo of vetern and new PBW players.

Victory conditions are. When the surviving players wish to end the game.

Other rules.

Miss 4 turns no notice. Replacement takes over.

GAME SETTINGS

EMPIRE SETUP

2000 Points

Each Race must load the 2k empire file for their race.
The following settings must remain.
Enviroment , Culture , Racial Advanced Trait and the description page ( all of it from description to happiness type)
Each Race is to play as their race does in the series... Natually of course the game will evolve and races will react to the story.

Oh well its really a pity this game, most probably the best i have played so far, is getting interuptions like this. I really hope either Inti gets better faster than expected or one serious gamer joins..

yes it is unfortantate. But it is a great game and we cannot afford for one of the major empires in the game to go under computer rule...

unfortunately i'm not a hardcore RPer, this post was a hedge do to a post else where.
besides i appear to have a tendency to turn the outcome of the game on its head.

sounds good toddt. This game is right for you. And you can just cover for a few months.

Let me know if thats cool and i will assign you the empire tonight. The Romulans have been rather quiet towards me since the get go... so no doubt they are just planning ahead.

Inimitator is in the long term disability due to his car accident so he cannot be reached for a few months.

It would be your show to do as you please. Each player would update you on the lay of the land.

The game in question is FINAL STM MOD. You are confusing it with the game I am in FINAL FRONTIER. When Atrocities said my narrative of the Dominion in my game was info for his Hirogen I got confused as he isn't playing the Hirogen in Final Frontier.

found the right game, or should i say it found me, now i need pass and i viable download link for the mod in the game 1.9.01 the link i found is not of any
use.

What? I do not recall releasing a version 1.9.0.1....??? What game is this for, it will tell you what version you need. You are confusing SEIV verison 1.91 with STM 1.9.0.9. Patch 1.9.0.9

Gee i thought it might be crowed on in the map, but i see so many systems i get confused.

What race are you playing ToddT? - All the weapons for each race, albeit they are differantly named, should all be about the same with minor differances to range and or accuracy.

Lasers - Phasers - Enhanced Phasers - so on. The mod, and the web page, have somewhat detailed weapons lists and reports that you can look at to see what is what.

its a big map... yea... did not release the mod was using fqm... so we have a huge map for a multi year game.

On the other hand, thats no problem at all. I really like epic games, and since we have so many players i think its okay. Though i agree it must be a nightmare for a new player to understand current relations and stuff.

give about 3 turns i should be up to speed, took laptop to work with me today to look over turn at lunch, and set up a dummy game to get an idea of the techs.
are items list ai only offimits in this game? still tracking down some missing files

Ok it is a few turns later now we need another player

One to replace the Hirogen which are being run by Atrocities.

Its turn 84.

Atrocities will work with the replacement player for a few turns to get them up to speed on the galaxy. Its heavy RP with lots of stuff going on. I believe that the Borg have engaged the 8742 ... But it is just rumours... Other than that I do not know of any battles or wars. Every one is positioning themselves. So Please come join this little PBW game.

The Hirogen are farely strong race with good location and lots of ships. We are for the most part a peaceful race who only wish to keep our space ours. Research is excellent, and we are at war with no one. We are boardered, clockwise, Klingons, Dominion, Breen, Romulans, Ferengi, Klingons. We have a strong relationship with many of these races.

Until a replacement player can be found, I will continue to play the game to keep the empire strong. My time is becoming limited as summor approaches so I need to par down my on line gaming a tad.

Given the RL situation, and unforseen things, I have found I have less time for being on line these days.
