Divine Mummy ??
 

It appears the Divine Mummy can appear from the Ritual of Rebirth spell according to the documentation. What does it take to make this happen?

i think its a revived pretender god, atleast thats in its description (theres one in ballbarians new map)

That explains why I've never been able to create one. So the only way to acquire one would be to wish for a pretender which ends up in the hall of fame and have ritual of rebirth casted.... or just wish for a divine mummy. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Pretenders can get into the hall of fame, right? (Just not get a heroic ability) Do you get a divine mummy if you cast it with a dead pretender in the hof?

I thought a retiual of rebirthed prophet was divine, and re-propheting them increased their divinity by 1?

A prophet which has died and ritual of rebirthed returns as a mummy or giant mummy depending on size and can be made the prophet again which increases their priest level by one more.

i havnt, probably because people call back their HoF gods faster than you notice their death.

Based on the responses it looks like no one has successfully been able to acquire a Divine Mummy using ritual of rebirth.

Yes, I met one some months ago.

Still remember it cause I spend a lot of turns turning the Abysian flying assassin hero into a SC, or at least a good thug, with lot of equipment + prophet and tried to assassinate the first indie province commander around without looking who was there. That may also be true, but based on the document I read the Divine Mummy can arrive via Ritual of Rebirth.

The Divine Mummy is a special province defender indeed, but it was my understanding that e.g. Titans etc turn to divine mummies when RoRed.
