If you attach a savegame to your post then the devs might have a look at it. With just the error message nobody can tell for sure.

I think I have the same problem - in any case, I get first turn end game crash.

when you start dominions, what does it say at the bottom left side of the screen? What version?

And what nations are you playing with?

And what do you mean by "end game" crash? It crashes? Or it tells you that the game has ended?

version 3.08. I'm with XP SP1.

3.08 here as well. Game runs fine on 3.06.

Playing with any nation, I think - I've tried with a bunch of them. And by 'first turn end game crash', I mean that when I end a turn, the game crashes and it says ConvArmyNbr: Error. When I start the game up again, it starts at the beginning of the turn - i.e., it didn't calculate the next turn at all.

What map?
Any mods being used?
I cant seem to duplicate this error.

I'm almost certain someone reported this with 3.06.

I believe they fixed the problem with a clean install, but I could be wrong.

Nothing wrong with the save game files themselves, judging by the test I did. Downloaded the file, extracted and put it in my savedgames folder, set recruitment for a Sibyul and a few hypaspists and hit end turn, no problem at all.

This means that the problem is specific to your system or your Dominions 3 installation.

Ok I unistall game, clean reg and reinstall and patch game.No change game still crash!?

OK I solve the problem.Lomil unistall game and clean all reg keys !!ALL!! use some free reg cleanar or clear them manual it's work enjoy http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
