Replace Flag/Victory Graphic for SS
 

Good day, all.

Has anybody ever done a SS or Death's head Flag/Victory Hex graphic that can be used to replace one of the Red/Blue/Green F/VH's. I am about to generate a SS OOB and would like to change one of those slots, to reflect this. I've tried my skills at this and I suck at art, frankly.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

I will be posting this OOB when done.

Not to forget US divisional insignia.

Now seriously speaking I don't see the point in special SS OOB. It's true there's special USMC OOB but then the USMC has rather different mission from the Army and lots of specific stuff - SS troops used generally the same stuff in the same conditions and for the same missions as Wehrmacht and I think the German OOB is about right to lump them together.

You are correct, but it might be a way to free up some space in the German unit OOB? then again maybe not.
Also as discussed in the other thread there is a lot of variability within the SS units, especially for morale experience etc. You could model this variability if the SS had its own OOB. If anyone was interested of course.

The man said "any help would be appreciated", not "once I make this OOB you will all have to use it."

Building an OOB is no small task.
How many that have started up OOBs have actually finished them...?

A while ago there were voices calling for a Turkish OOB. I don't really think there is any pressing need for either a Turkish or SS OOB - at the same time I have no doubts the SS one would be more popular.

actually there is no need fo a special marine corps oob. the only reason for it might be that the ai might buy them if he is in europe and that would be quite unhistorical. So maybe we need a DAK oob.

valo2000 your wrong of course, there is a need for the Marine Corps OOB. Just look through it and you should see the obvious. The US Marines were completly different then the US Army. Stating a need for a DAK OOB is absurd and shows that you don't know anything about the OOB's. Go actually take a look at the German OOB (actually just play the game) and you'll see that the DAK and SS are already built into the German OOB.

Any way this thread is mute, is was a "request" for SS VH not on the validity of the US Army and US Marine OOB.
