Too many to list. A lot just play the Balance Mod.

It would depend a lot on whether you're referring to SEIV or SEV.

The list is more or less the change logs of Balance Mod (plus anything he made in the original release that didn't necessarily have a change log entry).

Same here. It just doesn't have the same pull as SEIV - Hopefully, it will in the future.

I downloaded the balance mod but it is very buggy. I had to move a couple of files around so they were in the proper location. But I could not select ship design scheme.

It's the laptop I'm using right now. Can't do anything too drastic since it is also a translation program for somebody else.

Since I can't select a ship design scheme, I can't play the balance mod. It said it was 1.44 compatible, has anyone tried it yet?

are you using the european version of SEV or something?

It works just fine for me and for some 20ish people I'm playing with.

BM 1.09 works quite well in SE4 1.44 (US build), without the need to move a single file around. Extract into Game Types folder, and you are good to go.
