3.10 New Bug - Internal Alchemy

- Internal Alchemy INCREASES age by 15 instead of deduct age;

* Thousand Year Ginseng works correctly (well, not a bug but Internal Alchemy would make you curious on this)

* Huli Jing loses spy ability, hp and becomes "animal" in her animal form, but gained nothing? (Ed: I'm wrong on this, their map move is raised from 2 to 3 in animal form)

* T'c Alchemists has the Alchemy Bonus built in. Now I'm wondering when could we see a Alchemy Bonus icon..

The Huli Jing is a N3, AEWS 50%*3, AEWN25% mage, which is quite good for MA T'c. T'c also got a bunch of healers (20,30,40), nothing comparable with Arco priestress but still.

Oh, and MA TC have access to Flaming Arrow AGAIN! lol (alchemist F1A1W1E1N2,FAWE100%,FAWEN10%)

I didn't even notice the patch was out until you made this thread.

You can probably fix internal alchemy with:

#selectspell "Internal Alchemy"
#damage -15
#end

But I'll check late this evening if that is true.

Is it right that not every hydra hatchling is sacred?

No, but every sperm is sacred.

Okin just pointed out in IRC that hydras lose sacred forever once they lose a head.

Anyone noticed that arcoscephale now builds laboratories for half price?

Ok, this was old. I have to play Arcoscephale more. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Re: 3.10 New Bug - Internal Alchemy

We have another one pointed out in the IRC channel and now tested by myself.

Dance of the Morrigans has only worked once for me out of about 12 tries, with plenty of blood spilled. The time it worked, it turned the sky red as normal (that always works) and produced one morrigan, which attacked enemies only. If this spell isn't broken, then it needs to have a much higher chance of producing morrigans, because right now it sucks.

In the Pythium LA national description, right near the end, there's a typo - "specal" instead of "special".

I figure since this is a thread about bugs in 3.10 we should post about them here and discuss them a bit before possibly adding them to the buglist.

Not a bug, but Serpent Cult Standard Bearers have Lorcia armor, which makes them the only unit with it.

It is also needs a graphic update to get in line.

The Fomorian Sorceror pretender for Fomoria is sacred! Is this intentional? "Sacred/blessed pretender" has long been defined as a nonfunctional idea.

Unrelatedly, the LA Pythium serpent cult assassin has no description.

Uh, what kind of patch are you running? I've got the 3.10 version that was given to the beta group and neither one of those problems exists in it.

Yeah, I'm on a mac. I did the manual install instead, which seems to have worked okay, but it does list the version number as 3.09.

3.10 bugs

somebody said that in the next update, using "quit without saving" in a MP game wouldn't update the file time of the *.2h file. that isn't true, it's still getting touched.

Whoever that someone is, they didn't tell me about it. So it might have been rumor. That needs to be added to the shortlist, though.

Odd sight involving Shrouders

A Tartarian Titan of mine, wearing a Shroud of the Battle Saint, has his happy "death weapons" icon outside of battle... but somehow, that icon vanishes in battle, when the blessings fly around. My Penitents (Ulm Reborn, an ancient version as I haven't downloaded an update yet) do get the death-weapons icon when blessed. Can check back for tomorrow with other non-sacred Shrouded commanders -- think I've got a Troll King shrouded somewhere, with an eye towards mass afflictions via Blade Wind / Earthquake et al.

It still does in v3.14, according to my test using the debug mod. My computer uses Mac OS X v10.4.11 if that helps.
