Crazy Tart will Demolish Temple?

So I've got a tartarian sieging an enemy fort, and she's gone off her rocker this month. Her magical mystery order is "Demolish Temple." Will the enemy temple get destroyed next month? The anticipation is killing me.

The answer is yes (would be my guess)

Would be my guess too.

My guess is no. I think voises told her to destroy your temple, not the enemy's. :)

Ooh, exciting.

I'm guessing the enemy temple counts as being inviolate for the tartarian. I'm not experienced enough with them to judge whether they get random insanity orders, or some orders specific to the province (such as destroy temple only when there's a temple) and it fails to realise it's not their temple to destroy.

Another bug regarding the siege.
The game treats the province under siege as if it has already belonged to the besiegers, and thus the tart has its right to demolish any building except castle there.

Some other things appeared to be weird but possible under current codes:
- The lab is burned due to a random event but only the besieger get the report.
- The besiegers can perform blood sacrifice outside the wall and the temple modifier applies.

The correct answer is NO. He won't destroy enemy temple.

That is normal. The province is considered under the control of the besieging player. If a random event in the province occurs, then it's a random event from and for the besieging player. That this can level temples and burn down labs of the enemy is a quirk that always existed in the game.

I've seen the 1st one (lab burned down).

But I've tried to sacrifice while sieging an enemy fort, and it said I couldn't do it because I needed a temple.

Anyway, Zeldor has rained on my Crazy Tart parade. How sad. :)

Besieged provinces are partially controlled. Some things require full control before they can happen and many of the bugs related to sieges happen because of the control triggers, I guess.

Insane tarts CAN pillage sieged castles though IIRC, which you can't do via normal orders.

Bonus insane pillage quirk: I have a tart in one game that got banished to cocytos and I've been getting "Hermos has pillaged in . 0 people were killed and 0 gold were confiscated" messages in my turns. Quite amusing.

I don't believe that is the correct answer. Although, perhaps its been fixed.

I had over 100 tartarians in Kingmaker. And plenty in other games. They often had "destroy temple" while sieging. Enemy never lost a temple. It was always like that.

That's really odd. I have a Tartarian with Kurgi's Gift in an MP game right now, and he got Lost in Time and Space with a combined SS+Insanity of over 50, and I've gotten no messages. I thought he was in The Void, and "stuff happens" there as well?

(Scratch that, just loaded up the turn to confirm he was still alive, and the Void is breaking him FAR faster than Tartarus ever could - he is now (25) SS and (62) Insane..... So he's pretty well ruined now, if he ever comes out. :p)

You can see him because he's in the HoF?

You won't get messages if he's doing something silly like Muttering.

Yeah, #1 in HoF, he's a beast, 499 kills atm - funny because I'm positive it's gone up a little, so there really are battles in these crazy realms. :D

He's been in there a number of turns already, so I just figure with that high a rate of erratic behavior, I would like to see a weird message about what he's up to as well. :p
