Who has played the longest Long Campaign? Country? Maximum number of completed battles?

I get the impression that the max you can go is 200 battles and I'm aware of quite a few who have completed them. If I'm mistaken please correct me.

IMO, 200 battles would numb the mind. I was starting to get dizzy when I fought something like 25 battles in a row in North Africa. Too much sand for too long. I hung up the campaign when the new patch came out.

I've never played anything longer than a 10 battle campaign. I usually pick a 1-2 month date range of a time period I like and go with that.

10-20 battles for me also.
Seeing as it takes me 3-5 days to finish one battle 200 would take um..way too long!

I'm in my second battle of a 60 mission LC and seeing as I only can get an hour a morning in (if I'm lucky), it's been at least two weeks since I started the battle. The battle is frustrating me right now, so I very well may start up another 10 mission generated camp. The last one was alot of fun!

I have tried to play a 60-battle Long Campaign as Great Britain 3 times now - but those pesky people Don and Andy keep bringing out new versions.....

I've tried with SP2:WW2, SPWW2 and WinSPWW2, but never seem to get any further than 1943 before I have to start again ;-))

Funnily enough my campaigns happily go across OOB changes/patch releases quite fine. It is PBEM games, esp secure PBEM games that have problems.

Currently doing a 60 game one confident I will finnish it as patch resistant. Might well take a break from if get bored but if continue playing at current rate allowing for specials which I believe increase the number its going to take me 14-15 months to reach wars end. Thats pretty stagering & what value compare this 2 hours for a movie.
Yeah I know get a life seem to have lost mine to this game.

I have several years back made it 32 battles into a 60 battle long campaign, I got cocky and put myself into a Panther D and got killed in an airstrike. (I've since learned my lesson after being brewed up and baked one too many times). I'm currently attempting a 200 battle long campaign who knows I might make it some day!! :eek:
