Rage - mod game, closed!! [EGM + CBM]
 
Ok, it's time to create new game. This time it is with first version of Enhanced Gamplay Mod [to be released soon], with CBM incorporated.

EGM 0.1 changes:

- CPCS mod by Burnsaber, with cross-path spells
- Holy War mod by Burnsaber
- new magic sites mod
- banned spells: utterdark, nexus, astral corruption, burden of time
- banned insane magic sites [like summoning circle or ultimate gateway]
- banned gem generators [clam, fetish, blood stone] - moved to uniques
- Zlefin's mod with F&W summons
- Burnsaber's UW enhancement mod with new units for water nations
If I manage I will also try to add:
- forgable const12 items [like bogus items, fire set etc]


Other settings:
Age: EA
Other settings: around standard
Map: Uraparrand
Victory conditions: 4 capitals

Number of players: 10

02. GrudgeBringer - Arcoscephale
03. Strabo - Tir na n'Og
04. Black Sun Empire - Niefelheim
05. Dragar - T'ien Ch'i
06. Alpine Joe - Ulm

If its EA I'd like to play Mictlan (prefer ea)

I'd take a shot at ARCO EA (prefer EA), would like to know what Holy War mod and other 'Mods do'.

Like the idea of making Clams, Bloodstoens ect uniques, However, I would feel better if I knew the level and the paths it would take to get them as we can look in the manual and see the others.

I know I am taking a weak nation but I 'think' (hope is a better word) I have figured out a way to make Arco a little stronger.

I will compile list of changes later. Gem generators are same paths as they were, just moved to const8, so only 1 of each can be forged.

If unexperienced players are welcome, then I'm in as EA Tir na n'Og or MA Eriu, but my vote is for EA

(I will not be upset if you would prefer more experienced players)

Nation choices are up to you :) But remember that there are some cool W and F things, so you may want to take nation that has access to them [well, Hinnom should be fine with F].

After reading a bit more about the concept of the included mods, I would like to choose R'lyeh instead of Hinnom.

I have not played them before, but there should be time to practice a few single play starts before the game :)

Ok, I think we will go with Uraparrand. Hard to find perfect map for 2 water nations, that is closest to what we need. Don't let that 2 water nations too much space :P

Victory conditions - 4 capitals to win [so yours and 3 other ones].

I am hunting one last mod to make a modpack, so you can start making pretenders.

IT looks like llamas mod joining script does not like Holy War. Will see if I can fix it.

I believe if you go in the mod browser (should be stickied up top) under the 'Mods, Maps and scenarios subforum' you can find it in there.

I think you also need the latest CBM? And I also think Zeldor is making a modpack so we can get them all in one go.

You can download them separately to test a strat. I cannot get the joiner to work properly, I need to catch someone that made it work, or llamabeast. It may take me a while, so looking at the mods before joining is surely not a bad idea :)

And no, I'm already in 1-2 games too many. My gf would kill me if I decided to spend even more time here :P

I would like to cancel my involvement in this game, as I have become involved in three other games now, which will soak up all my Dom3 time.

Good luck with the project though! I really think it is a good idea to combine some of the best MP gameplay mods in one package! :)

That game won't happen. IF not the awful PM system, I'd contact everyone about it...

It seems to be impossible to join [and use together] necessary mods at the moment, at least until llamabeast makes renumbering script [I doubt anyone would like to do it by hand... it would take hours or days].
