Looking for players for a fast game. 2 turns or more per day

hi
Im looking for players who can afford spending their time for Dominions:) Im looking for those, who can play each day, so we can have 1 or maybe even 2 turns per day. Perfect, if we can play every day, one hour, lets say since 10pm or 11pm (gmt).
I know it is fairly hard to find such, so even if there are 3 or 4 we can launch a game. It will be just a smaller one.

I didnt write down the settings as they mostly depends on players (and their amount). Once we are gathered all here, we will set up the settings and start the game.

How about starting game friday evening?

I can't play at a fixed time but for a small game like this I could submit two turns per day.

I'd like more info on the settings, though. One recommendation I'd make is either no diplomacy or in-game messages only (so there's no waiting around for responses to PMs).

And I assume this will be hosted on either the llamaserver or Gandalf's server?

Well fixed hours are not so important - more important iare 2 turns a day. So its ok with me - but if we succed to play at fixed hours it will be even better.

Actually I was thinking about normal scales, but hard reasearch, Late Era. I was thinking also about some AI set to very difficult - more to make this game some kind of epic then as a chalange. We could set AI to might nations and we would take those weaker. But as i said - its just a tought.

Diplomacy yes, but I suggest emails for fast communications. Negotations thru "in game system" can last longer then the nation exists:)

What are your ideas?

What I had in mind was pretty much the opposite of what you describe. :)

But it's your game and you should of course go with the settings you want to play. And also, I really should hold off on joining another game for now. Sorry about that.

If this game will have a standing server I'm willing to join.

thats what im thinking about - we have just to choose one. If there is somebody with experience how to run a game on such server (llamasa, Gandalfs) ill be happy to give such a person a lead.

I can do 2 turns / day I believe. Atleast for the first 30 or so turns. I can most likely play from gmt 10 pm and forward aswell. I am not that fond of computer AIs running around, but I will play either way.

I will have to drop out of this game.

Well I think the best idea will be to have a standing server with quickhost set to 24hrs, but with agreement taht we will do our best to play in the evenings - 2 turns or something. I understand it can be difficult, but when there will be up to 4 players I believe we can do that

So, Folket - are you with us?

If you would think about a game where everyone played a weaker nation and provide a list...

Example EA Arco Ulm C'tis ect with normal scales it would make for a fun balanced game and I might be interested.

Remember guys its Dec 15th and Christmas is 10 days away, thats less than 20 turns before you need to break.

Just an opinion:up:

Well I like theatidea also. As I said - im pretty open - I just want a smooth and fast game. That is why I agree to only 4 persons.

Guys
Im starting game on Gandalfs server - details will be sent tommorow - those who are interested pelase send me PMs with your emails.

We play with 1-3 more guys. Details regarding game will be in the morning but it is highly probable it will be:
Late Era
Res diff
Stats standard
Cradle of dominions or Northwest Middle Earth
CBM 1,5 (as Gandlafs server works on this)
2 AIs mighty/human
We start at 22 GMT+1 or 23GMT+1 tommorow if only Gandalf will be able to create "our" game and play 1-2 hrs to reach turn that needs about 15mins to finish, At this point we switch to 24h host with quickhost
