"playable" mod with unarmored Earth Pony and Unicorn Pony and com versions. No real balance either yet.

Important thing of the concept is that every single non-mage pony commander is an automatic communion slave. This is because Friendship is Magic!

Ok, Pegasus Guard is done (walk sprite preview attached with one of elmokki's sprites for size comparison)

Attack sprite also done, just not saved as a .tga yet. Now i need to do some recoloring for unicorn and earth pony guards.

All guard sprites finished, bar a unicorn + pegasus one potentially...

(What would we call it anyway? Fandom seems to call it an Alicorn, but that's teh name of the horn... Ki-rin is the closest D+D monster manual entry.. )

I appreciate the time and effort you have put into this mod, but I am afraid it will dilute the player base. This would be better suited for Mary Kate and Ashley's fantastic Mall Adventure. Dominions has no room for my little ponies and unicorns. It would simply fracture the player base too much.

You clearly do not understand that friendship is magic and if anything having Equestria in Dominions 3 will unite the player base in a new age of friendship.

I was honestly waiting for this mod to appear on the forums. I knew someone would do it.

Currently I am futzing around balancing a collection of custom nations, otherwise I would be volunteering my limited skills to this effort.

Good to know that the Bronies are everywhere.

Strangely enough, neither Elmokki nor myself are bronies. (The person who inspired us, however, probably was =) ).

I think we have sprites all done for MA. Sort of stalled atm, could probably release an alpha if Elmokki and I just sat down and hammered it out.

Ha! I thought I would have to make this mod myself but then it occurred to me to check back here. :D

Please do try to release the alpha some day in the future, I at least would love to both play it as well as tweak/work on it. :p

I'm having eye issues atm which prevent me from doing any work on the mod. When I am capable of doing so, I will make sure at least an alpha gets released.

I think the consensus was to make them heroes (well, there's limitation in amount of possible heroes actually, which is sad) and have the god-queen-thing as a pretender

Being in the Early Age, I won't have any of the direct caste, but I was considering raiding Hearth's Warming for some heroes, and I've been debating having the princesses be summons or pretenders. I might just go ahead and make them both the same pretenders, the Twin Sisters.

Other funny ways you could handle the sisters:
- Make both of them as separate pretenders, but also give the player the ability use a summon allies/domsummon command to call a pre-built hero-like version of the other sister who is unique so you can't have multiple copies.
- Make both as separate pretenders, but giving them a #onebattlespell that calls the other sister into battles.
- Have them shapeshift into each other.

Having the twins be the same pretender would be pretty different too, and would work well I think.

Srsly. I'm not a brony. I don't get at all why any adult can get so excited about a seemingly well done children's series, but I find the phenomenon hillarious and hence did the little I did for this mod :(
