Twice Born and Items

How does that work? Do I lose the items if I use Twice Born?

Re: Twice Born and Items

Yes. Also, you lose any qualities innate to your chassis. I also think you cease to have upkeep (if any)- not sure, though.

Slight chance to to get empowered one level in death upon dying too.
Something like 10%, don't take my word for it.

what about the global enchantment?
If a global enchantment caster is killed and then Twice born, will the global be canceled?

Re: Twice Born and Items

You keep the global enchantment.

By the way, does it make me a sucker if I rush off to test things that people could easily test themselves?

Yeah, I was writing a guide on how to use it, mod files the wiki etc. To find stuff quicker and test stuff. Sadly I did that having an open window in my browser. So a crash of my browser + a logout of the forum removed it. That will teach me...

Stop wasting time posting in every thread and get back to it then! I'm tired of not knowing the easy way! :p

No, it makes you appreciated! Some of us (I speak for newbs and others like myself who are mentally challenged) do not find it as easy to test things as yourself.

He still turns into a wright mage, and, as I mentioned before, loses all chassis features, including immortality, making the use of twiceborn a very bad idea in this case.

I have a post in the Hall of Doh! where I  over twiceborn-ing my Deep Seer pretender for Atlantis, losing water-breathing ability (wright mages aren't amphibious) and thus the ability to be resurrected at my capital at all, even by calling. So be careful about using the spell on units with valuable qualities other than magic paths, and never use it if you are an aquatic nations.
