SO if you do not have the gold yet, you will get errors if you use this. Cylons.zip The speech file is not quite finished. I have not created the emp files yet. I have not created the ship names file yet. You add them manually or edit the settings file to add them to the quick pick. Try them at 2000, 3000, and 5000 To use them fully please use this file in your data folder. If you do not want to see the full ship set then do not use the file and the default Cylons ships will be used. VechicleSize.txt Let me know how they are doing. A little sad that no one has tryed this yet.
ANyway, Here is the latest ver. The zip contains the ship name file and the vechiclesizes file. Please place them in the correct folders. I have also included the emp files for 2000, 3000,5000 I am still working the speech file, but have include what I have done so far. Excellent work (as usual)!! I missed the repost somehow - but been pretty busy trying to get all the weapons done for the B5Mod, ah well...
I'll give them a go this week if I get a chance - otherwise they will have to wait until I get back from my trip. Did you hear that the Battle Star movie may be held up or cancelled? From what I hear the new Cylons are REALLY cool looking!!! |

I haven't met them yet in the current game, though in the Last one I wish they used more fighters (memories of massive cylon wings of fighters).
I heard about the movie at least a dozen or so times at various sci-fi sites and mags. Last place I read something was in the "Babcom" internet Babylon 5 Wars magazine - I think it was in one of the Last two issues - they had a short article on it. Do a web search for " +"Babcom" +"Babylon 5 Wars" +"Issue" " and you should find it. |

Here is the latest. I played against them with the following settings and they were able to hold 2-3 place for 50 turns in my game. I was using low and no bonus. Cylons.zip |

Just got home from sunny Florida late Last night and been playing catchup at work all day (not to mention some wonderful training that took place to further chew up my time). ..and with those 7 words the Cylons decended on my outlying colonies! I lost 2 systems to them before halting them at my starship production system. (They had a good number of carriers, but I would love to see a few more fighters! Maybe make a few of their attack ships require fighter bays http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif I really have to get out of the SE IV classic mindset and start using those infernal drones.) The Cylons are quite dedicated to killing anything that comes near them. The Praetorian's are on my other border and ripping into my fragmented empire. I don't think I'm going to be in this for much longer, but maybe I can lure the Cylons towards the Praetorians... it's worth a try.
