Well, my english is very bad... but the people usually is kind enough to forgive my lack of knowledge.

Definitivamente, tu inglés no es tan malo, y no deberías tener problemas aquí.

I must agree that "remo" it's a lot more accurate than "pala"...
To the first reading, I believed that he needed a shovel to dig in the excrement!
