OT: Internet Problems?

This and PBW are about the only sites I can get to tonight? Anyone else having problems? Read something about a Japanese hacking contest.

So far, it's Yahoo, Amazon, Weather.com, Renderosity, Google, and IMDB.

Hmmmmmmm

No problems here (Central California, US). Amazon, Google and Weather.com work fine, after checking all 3 just now. Might be an ISP thing on your end, perhaps. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Also, a lot of avatars aren't loading up for me on the forum. Getting the "X-boxes". I guess it's something with my ISP or something. DNS problems, maybe.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">That's your answer for every internet related problem isn't it? And BTW, how would he be able to post here if he was surfing his Cache?

...and what is up with this new typing style of yours? Let's forget about grammar and puncuation and hit enter randomally? Wife encouraging you to get off the computer?

Re: OT: Internet Problems?

I think it was just an issue with your ISP's DNS server. Internet traffic was normal.

You can use your host file to store IP mappings to you Favorites, then you wont need DNS to get to them.
