SE4 by Committee is a real game of SE4 where each player takes the role of a minister. The divisions between ministers are modified from the SE4 ministers, but you get the idea.
The forum is where everybody comes together to discuss game issues, and post their orders for the turn.
The format of the forum is "Roleplay lite" RP is encouraged, but not required. The only thing you really need to do is avoid talking about non-game things unless posting in the OOC threads.

Note that almost all of the forums are hidden until you register (no email addy required, but it helps let us contact you when nessesary)

your up to 35 already? i remember when the first planet you colonized was a big thing. maybe i should look there regularly.

Just report in to the Defense Minister, try out the orders forum, visit the senate building, and post some hellos if you like.
