PBW : I\'ve found the game forums !!!
 

Six months ago, I thought that the game forums access were closed, due to administration problems. And a few days ago, I tried the graphic interface (I always use the text interface) and find a link... to the working game forums. Arghlll !

I was wondering why people kept on talking about game forums in my PBW games, althought I was sure that these forums didn't exist anymore...

Yes, they were working almost all the time. I also use the text Version so the access to the forums is a bit difficult. The update on the subject would be great. I mean, will there be forums in the text Version again?

I have tried hard to figure out why they don't work and it's just over my head. It's some sort of screwed up permissions thing in the database. I have been trying to consult with The Admiral about it but he is very busy with his company and doesn't have time for PBW any more. I will try to take another crack at it this weekend though.

They seem to work very well at the moment, even for new games, so what's the pb ?

They don't work beacuse they aren't available...
In my mind, that is just a question of missing link on the text site ? the mySQL pb has no link with the interface, hasen't it?

Ohhh. So that's why there was never any forum. Loads of Messages that I missed and had to get emailed -- all because I go low tech. Sheesh. Boy, an update sure would've been nice. Okay, well, whenever it's fixed is fine with me.
