[OT] The aptly-named Phantom
http://www.hardocp.com/article.html?art=NTEy
For some reason I irks me in a special way that someone is trying to pull a con like this in the gaming industry. Perhaps it's because I feel they are so vulnerable. Any given gaming website's review of any given game seems so often to be a rehash of the gaming company's own press on the game. Their news is even worse. |
Re: [OT] The aptly-named Phantom
This guy is a consummate con man. Whe he gets tagged in one area, he sets up shop somewhere else, doing the same snowballing. Guys like this ought to be relocated to the permanent guest accomodations at the San Quentin Country Club.

Check out the ridiculous interview in this article. It's like the interviewer is reading off a press sheet for the product. No investigation at all, just acceptance. |

This is the same crowd that sucked up to Saddam to be able to stay in-country for their precious live reporting. Doesn't exactly surprise me. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/rolleyes.gif
