planet conditions

two questions

1. What effects do planet conditions have?
2. With planet valuationplants, is there a maximum of how high you can raise a planet's value?

Planet conditions can only be up to 1.50 (as they are stored in decimal form instead of percent form).

They do not affect happiness in any way. Conditions only affect the rate of reproduction, and nothing else.

The consensus is that the racial setting for Environmental Tolerance does affect happiness.

The actual conditions on the planet don't affect happiness.

IIRC:

1. Planet conditions affect your reproduction rate and happiness levels along with any game setup parameters in those areas.

2. I think the max is 250 per resource. I've had 'em over 200 before but never watched for the exact max.
