Maybe she could somehow hide it from other people, but how could she not notice herself? Perhaps she was very overweight before, so it wasn't as obvious?

There was another story a few years ago about a woman who gave birth on an airplane without having known she was pregnant. I'm not sure I'm convinced, or that I want to hear about the research that might debunk these stories.
