Yes, it is the best ST Federation shipset IMHO.
Actually I play some mixture of your 4 Federation shipsets - pick up best pictures and combine into one. It is silly to have more than one Federation race in the game (unless one is some sort of rebel) and I hate to miss some ships !

Atrocities, I know you update the Star Trek races occassionally. Where can I go to find the latest Versions of them?

That site is typically where I would put the updates. Also most of the sets are also one PBW and are currently up to date.
