A while back I introduced a race that I did not have a name or back history. Well that race now has a name and history thanks to Tony M.

I still think this is an aquatic race, or at least one that lives underwater. Their ships look like high-tech submarines.

Hmm, maybe you can work that into their race description. The surface of their homeworld was bLasted by some catastrophe and now they live in air-filled, underwater cities.

Now I'm going to be thinking about this until the mystery is solved. It looks like Clooney to me, but you say it isn't. Definitely doesn't look like Christopher Walken.
