Simul Game - Scrap Facil types ?

After every round, i need to re-(and re-re-re-)scrap them athmosphere converters on all my new oxygen planets - EVERY ROUND !
Makes no sense that u cant do it but manually. If i use the colony window button, they all reaphear next round (!).

Same was with individual ministers..
