PBEM game

Hi

Sorry for silly question, but is it possible to play in SEIV Gold by e-mail? And if it possible where I can find opponents?

Yes, but there is a web site dedicated to hosting PBEM games, www.pbw.cc . It automates all of the tedium of hosting a game via email (gathering files, distributing them, processing turns).
