Selection in the construction queues
 

How I can select "all planets" in the Construction Queues Window? For upgrade all mining facilities for example?

There is a button on that window that says upgrade facilities- use that. Otherwise you have to do it one planet at a time.

you can select multiple queues by shift-clicking, but you cant use the shift-click method to upgrade or add one turns worth of units. you can add multiple units, just not one turns worth.

An allplanets button would be more direct - as would being able to from the events log on intelligence projects - being able to "goto" instead of having to close down going into empires then going that way you can do it withr esearch why not with intel ?

Because Intel Projects are events, so they take you to the location of the event with the Goto button.
