Value Improvement Plant
How work Value Improvment Plant?
I built Value Improvment Plant I on the planet. By description it have to increase mineral/organic/radioactive values on 1% per turn. My planet had values 103/96/99. After two turns the planet has the same values. Why? |

Yeah, you need to be expecting to be in a long game to use those. Changing atmosphere is a better choice, I think. That's about 2 years, if memory serves correctly.

Re: Value Improvement Plant
Go for changing the atomsphere of the planet over improving the value. Value improvement should be VERY low on your priority list in most PBW games and SP games until well after you have colonized and converted all planets to your races breathing type.

Re: Value Improvement Plant
The religous racial trait has a Nature Shrine that improves a whole systems value and condition every year. It is cheap to reseach and build.
