Design name help
 

Can someone tell me why the design names aren't showing up on the design creation screen. My game manual is currently misplaced.

Ok, forget my Last question, I figured it out. I didn't select the design names files when I created my empire. My new question is can you select the design names after you've started a game. I'll probably figure it out right after I go off line.

I don't think there is a way to select them after the fact. I've never found it if there is. I tend to forget to select those files beforehand too so I wish there was!
