Emergency build bug
 
If you emergency build something you get 11 turns of double production and only 10 turns of slow production. If you change the value in settings.txt it's still value + 1. I believe that this is caused by the game starting the turn count at 0.0 instead of 0.1.

Turn 1.0 of emergency production is really the first turn of slow production from what I could tell. I did not get increased production on that turn. I think it is showing you how many turns of Emergency have already been accomplished before the queue you are setting.

wow, the romans had the opposite problem, thats why the millenium was Last year instead of this year.

I seldom if ever use Emergancy Build. Too costly in the long run. I will sacarfice worlds to by time to build up.

Not quite true. Todd is right, since the 1.19 patch the emergency production Lasts for one turn more. Before the patch when the counter reaches 1.0 years, the item in the queue would be slow-built. Now it is emergency-built.
I remember reading something about this 'fix' in the history.txt for the 1.19 patch. Before the patch, when you had emergency-built for 0.1 years, you wouldn't have any slow-build period. Now you do, but also have +1 year of emergency just like Todd said.
